2. Personal data we process
When you contact us through the website or a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we may process your name, company, email address, telephone number, message, campaign and form information, and the time and source of the enquiry. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and discussing possible services: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), or for our legitimate interest in communicating with potential and existing clients under Article 6(1)(f).
- LinkedIn leads and marketing: we follow up on the request or consent you provide in the LinkedIn form under Article 6(1)(a) and/or (f), depending on the campaign. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Operation and security: we protect the website and prevent misuse based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your personal data. Personal data is available only to relevant IG2 personnel. We use Microsoft Azure for website hosting and contact-form processing, and Microsoft 365 for email. When you use a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn processes information on its platform and provides IG2 with the information you choose to submit. LinkedIn is independently responsible for processing on LinkedIn services.
Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on a valid transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Ordinary enquiries and campaign leads are generally deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the latest relevant contact, unless the dialogue develops into a client or contractual relationship. Information forming part of a client, documentation, or accounting relationship is retained for the period necessary for that relationship and applicable legal requirements. Technical security logs are retained only as long as necessary for operation and security.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact kontakt@ig2.dk.
You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
7. Cookies and tracking
IG2.dk does not currently use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. LinkedIn may use cookies and similar technologies on its own platform in accordance with LinkedIn's settings and policies. If we later activate the LinkedIn Insight Tag or other non-essential tracking on IG2.dk, we will obtain consent before activation and update this policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our processing or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will always be available on this page.
